I'm very interested in installing this oil cooler in my 2010 370Z roadster. I live in Oregon about 12 miles southwest of Portland. The question I have is if you could provide the dimensions of the aluminum plate you used to mount the oil cooler including the thickness, and maybe a suggestion of where to obtain this material.By the way, great installation pictures and excellent parts details. Thanks very muchRalf

I fabricated that on the fly.  No longer have the car and didn't save the dimensions.  It should be pretty easy to guestimate from the Cooler size though.. I used 1/8" aluminum plate and powdercoated it.  Materials should be available at Home Depot or Lowes..

        Goodmorning,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

looking for a nice solutions for mounting my gps in a Audi A3 I found your site.
Before I like to order, some questions:
        -        Is it possible to send it to the Netherlands
        -        In one week I’m travelling to Ottawa Canada, is there may be a shop who sells this product?
        -        Most important question: do you have a pdf with mounting instructions?
Thank you already for your reaction.
        Regards,
        Arnold Heemskerk

hi, is this something that you make or is it by RAM, I am a little confused.  I am after the twin vent version, and a single vent version as I want to mount my blackberry bold on one (although I hope to switch this to a iphone 5 in june) as well as another for my Navigon GPS

Any prep work like sanding or primer used? Clearcoat?
Also how much paint did it take to do the box? Would just the spray can work with a trigger sprayer?
