i'm impressed. so far your the only other person i have with the 410 marauder in your parklane. all the other cars i've come across had 390's under the hood. i'd like to find out more about your car and some of the places you were able to find parts for it. i'm in the process of restoring my 1966 mercury parklane. half the part stores i've gone to think i'm crazy when i tell them what kind of car i'm working on.
I have a 1966 Parklane in ment condition it has the 410 marauder in it. For parts go to rockauto.com type in make and model. they should have every thing u need for to get your merc running great. Ebay is another good place to look for parts, but try to stay with oem parts if u can u get what u pay for. If u can find a good old junk yard that might be a good parts merc among the rust. Look on line to find a good place to get chrome redone. The parklane and monclair are almost the same car. Check out cardomain,com for good looking restos. For the right info on the marauder engine go to www,mercurystuff.com type in year and engine specs. This info is all I got so far check it out let me know what u think
I have a 1966 Mercury Parklane 4door breezeway sedan 410/auto/air in St. Louis that I am selling. It is a complete but not running car. The interior is great. The engine and transmission (C6) were both rebuilt about 5,000 miles ago but the engine has a back-of-block oil leak (main or oil galley plug). It has been sitting (garaged) for about 4 years.
