You took a photo for me and I wrote a song for you
....I suppose I owe you some royalties :-)
Remembering all the good times in London and Esher during the late 80s. Seems another world away now. Stumbled upon you whilst researching. managed to live off PCH near Malibu at last.

Some people travel the world and see nothing. Others have the gift of seeing life, in all it's forms, and be able to record it for other's bennefit.

You really live in your own little world don't you, where you breathe a sigh of relief when you look at pretty (pointless) photos of flowers, bees, birds and trees. You should also brush up on your interpretation of the law, there's nothing illegal or even considered illegal here, except by you. And if you don't like being insulted, don't write such drivel on a publicly accessed website.

Don't insult me by suggesting I get a grip which I will not after seeing something like this. I understand the photo very well and if there is nothing wrong with the photo why can photographers not take pictures of other things not relating to peoples disadvantages in lifestyle. Once you start helping "poverty stricken" people featured on a internet website with probably the woman doesn't even know and is considered illegal then you can start insulting me of all people.

Annoyed? Stop being such a pratt and get a grip. Your disgust represents your total lack of understanding, not of the subject, she's obviously poverty stricken, but what the photo represents, which in my mind credits Stephen, a true, no nonsense representation of life as it is, no holds barred.

I am disgusted at this photo. It represents human poverty and is published on the internet for people to see. I bet no-one helped the woman ou due to her problems.

Followed your link from PC Advisor forum as I used to be very interested in photography years ago. I started on B&W doing my own d&p while at school and ended up selling cameras for a few years. Just had to say I liked you photos a lot and keep up the good work. cheers
