The Cashewfruit is not only nice to look at, but it's delicious to eat. You can it eat ripe (yellow or orange-reddish colored), you can cut the ripe cashew fruit in to pieces and blend it with fresh water and ice, pass it to a strainer and you will have a nice fresh cashew smoothie (if necessary you can add some sweetener). I myself prefer it pure. You can cut the fruit into small pieces of slice it and cook it with brown sugar, a bit of lime juice, cloves, cinnamon and a drop of water to have a delicious cashew treat.
So yes, you can eat the fruit, juice it and even cook it. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to make a stew or stir fry with the fruit later on today.
Siesta is over mate. On your feet. Got to get some more great pix. Love that donkey shot of yours. Lots of top photos. Thanks to Fotki so we can all see them. BTW. Nice beach. Reminds me of our beautiful huge sand island, (Pix in my Fotki site)Fraser Island. Had some magic 4x4 fun there. Top camping. You do your camera justice.Have fun
Great photo. Great sea side scene also. Sad you cut off the front hooves;-) From what we we see on TV we have come to expect the girls from Brazil to be pretty and mostly with black hair. Francine is sure an attractive young lady. We know that cowboy boots have high heels to stop the rider getting dragged if a leg goes through the stirrup. Maybe this design make it a little safer. Happy new year from us in sunny Queensland Australia.
