I thnk this should be Ling Shui Fu Ren Temple. She was one of the Taoist triunverate, Ling Shui Fu Ren, Li Sha Niang, and Li San Liang and they oversaw the protection of pregnancy and childbirth. They were worshipped by the San Nai Jiao Sect of Taoism.
Fmeles who had become pregnat would worship here and pray for a safe childbirth.

Yin Shan Ta Lin 21

The photos you have taken of YinShanTaLin are AMAZING! My husband grew up in Beijing and extended family still lives there. None of them had ever heard of this place. We are planning a trip "home" in February and we are definitely planning to visit this awesome place!
