Zygosicyos pubescens (new caudex out of a scar)

Great photos. Curious if the new caudex is forming on the edge of the cut caudex in picture 46 or is it a different scar. How long to form the new caudex?

Hello! peter!
The new caudexes (around 10) are comming out, not on the edge....but everywhere on the flat scar surface of the #46 picture!
It took around a month...after a complete scarification of the caudex!...I did continue to water it a bit without any hope...and then came the surprise!

.Plumo (Marc Altenloh)

Bonsoir Plumo,
Bisous bisous
Claudia
