Bright !! you are brilliant and I am a huge fan of yours !!!
Salut ! Renée

There's no such thing as S. bulbifera. there is bulbosa, however.
Now my baby has a name!. She gets lots of sunlight, and I have her out on the patio all summer. Winter she is just where you see her. However, I will give her pride of place in closer to the sliding doors. That faces SSW and gets full sun right up until sunset. Even during winter, that is a lot of sun.
I have to repot her again. Not as hard as most would think. I take some sheets of newspaper, roll them up into strips and wrap them around the top and bottom of the plant with a length on either end for me to grasp. That way there are no injuries to either me or the plant.
I wanted to tell you how wonderful your photos are and to ask you for some info about a Pachypodium I have.
I bought it back in 1995 at the New York Botanical Gardens, so it is now at least 10 years old (it must have been about a year old when I bought it). It shows seasonal growth (green for summer, grey for winter) for 10 years and is about 4 feet high.
My question is, when can I hope to have it bloom? I read somewhere that they will bloom about their 10th year.
Actually, 2 questions. What can I do to encourage it to bloom?
marc, nice pictures of the flowers. im really fascinated with this euphorbia because in the area where im working, almost of the housewives are culturing this plant. may u send me some tips in culturing this plant so i could start to have my euphorbia garden. thank you and more power, charina

A+ Lili
