Yes...when Dougie was little he lived near a pond...and every spring the geese would nest there. Anyway, if you know anything about geese they are MEAN and will attack you. Well, there were some older bullies that lived in the neighborhood. And one day they started chasing Dougie and his friends to steal their lunch money and to avoid the beating and so they would have lunch, Dougie and his friends hid in some grass near the geese and when the bullies started to look for him, Dougie discovered the talent he had for making a Goose honking sound. He made the sound, the bullies yelled "GOOOOSSE" and Ran. Dougie was the hero and his buddies called him Goose from that day on.
At least I think thats how I heard it (or made it up)
