I think you're right about good sunsets. Like most fotki types, I like sunsets too.
This autumn in Australia has seen some amazing sunsets as well, due to a lot of dust and other particles in the air. The Bureau of Meterology ran an article in the Daily Telegraph in Syndey on sunset opportunities discussing this phenomenon. "Colourful skies are the result of sunlight reflecting and filtering through small particles. Think of it like a glass prism".
