Hi Sean, The wheels are magnificent! I'm assuming these wheels are for the 1:8 Monogram Jaguar E-type kit (Bandai also made a 1:8 scale kit many years ago). Do the kit tyres fit these OK or are the tyres in the pictures from another source. Do you have a full wheels set available for sale? If so can you contact me via email to discuss details.

A top scratchbuilding job highlighting the importance of retaining historic vehicles such as this. Is that the real bike in the photo with the man on it, or is it the model tricked up in Photoshop? Yes it's that good.

Fab piece of diecast modifying and scratchbuilding. This car is an icon in movie folklore and has a huge following. I'm glad you placed this one on the AMCC forum for all to enjoy. We'd all love to see more of your great work on the forum Sean.

Another big Pocher model that needs skill and patience to assemble. I have the kit (unbuilt) and am waiting for my retirement to tackle it, but it won't be anywhere near your high standard Sean. I believe Pocher will be making a return in 2009 or 2010, but I'm not sure which models of their range will be reproduced. Let's hope the Bugatti is one of them.

One of the finest models it has been my pleasure to see. Many years ago I was visiting a model shop in Melbourne and they had a Fulgurex Bentley 4.5 litre Blower sitting next to the Mercedes SSK. The Merc was sold but the Bentley was for sale at $700 (a considerable amount in the sixties). I wish I'd had the money then to buy it, because the detail was superb, like a Swiss watch. What a privelege you have to be able to work on such a fine piece.

Pocher Alfa Pic 12

Fabulous model this - I saw it in ModelArt Magazine and in fact, I wrote the introduction for it (the editor is a good mate of mine). I was impressed by your attention to the finest details and the authenticity of your work. Pocher models are renowned for their size and detail but not their ease of assembly. Remarkable workmanship!

A magnificent model - I have the kit (unbuilt as yet) and purchased a set of scratchbuilt wire wheels for it (I wonder if they are from you?). I notice you have placed it on the AMCC Forum page in the June contest. Could you also place it in their topic named "Large Scale"? I'm sue many modellers would like to comment on this one.

Very clean setup Sean - your OH&S is noteworthy and practical. This is what every model builder dreams of.

Hi Arthur no this build is now on hold as it will be recieving a "model car specials" motor and a host of "modelmotorcars" parts
The only extra detailing I have done on it so far is to add some extra wiring details

Nice build so far, have you machined any of the engine parts, ie cam box covers etc.,
