    mcphill,

I'm about the purchase a fireball V90. My main concern is cutting out complete 3D objects.  For example, I thought I would only be able to cut out the top halves of an object.  I was under the impression that I need to have a 4th axis, but I see you were able to cut out a foam car by doing it in phases.  How were you able to line up the car between cuts?

The foam block underneath has grooves milled in to it, that fit the blank of the part being milled.  Using the grooves I was able to line up the part closely enough for my needs as I rotated the blank 90 degrees between each step of the process.

I found a flexible extension at pep boys that fit on a driver and was able to snake up in the dash from underneath to remove the aluminum piece on the right side.  No need to remove cluster.

    This is why you optimize!
Yeah, Daniel that originally posted the code is a genius, I just cleaned it up and gave it a GUI :)

    15 - Poised to fill
    This part was tedious!

Thanks for the tutorial. It made all the difference in the world. I can't tell you how much it helped!

The car is shifting smooth now!

    13 - Filling tool
    any parts store.

it can be used as a suction gun or a pressure gun.

BUT...it has to be clean...very clean ..b4 you put the lube in. Better yet is Sta-Lube #4344 gear lube pump. under $10. Screws on most quart bottles and gallon plastic jugs.

You are completely free to be more anal than me. That IS clean enough for me, and you can certainly not determine it is not! Been fine for the past three plus years "that dirty" ; )

    11 - Magnet cleaned
I don't think that is clean enough to put back in yet;)

I would remove ALL the metal particles completely before it's good enough.

    01 - Intake line plugged
I designed them and had them made myself. The machinist I used fabricated the thread on that part using the parts, so I am afraid I do not know the diameter and pitch. There was a set of my adapters for sale on AudiWorld recently (I am not making more due to the high cost of making a low volume part):

    44 - Bushing comparison
    Hi!
Where did you get the right bushing from? i used the bushing from the original shocks when i installed my KWs but it doesent feel right :S when i have the car jacked up i can lift the shocks and everything an inch or something without using any force and that doesent feel so safe. Any idea of what i could have done wrong?
Awesome tt you have btw :)
Sorry for man bad english, hope you know what i mean.
