Now this one looks more like your Eastern Phoebe at least at this angle...I don't see white wing bars....I see one tannish one which is more typical of this species.

Ya know, I really want to say a Yellowthroated Warbler on this one, but the mask doesn't seem to go back far enough and that beak looks short and thicker like a Goldfinch beak. Hmmmm

I know these little guys...watch them on my deck all the time! This is a Dark-eyed Junco (Also known as Slate-Colored or Northern Junco). I know, you're probably looking at the belly and saying it's not white, but that grey shaded belly is also typical.
