    If I'm seeing this correctly, you are using foam core board for the buildings. I have done some building with this material but my "cuts " are not as good as yours. Do you use a razor blade or a saw..like a dremel? Thanks, Jaredsvettes

      J, I'm using Gatorboard (Foamcore on Steroids).  The outer layers are more like wood than paper - in fact, they might actually be wood. Very THIN wood.  It cuts like a dream on a table saw with a fine plywood blade.  You can cut it with a straight-edge and a utility knife, but the table saw makes a cleaner cut.  Do a Google search and you'll find a bunch of sources.  It's not cheap, but it's really worth it.
