Your weather is better than ours Kevin. Our snow is gone only because of 10 straight days of rain with more to come. The rivers are overflowing and so are many basements. Mine is dry only because of the emergency generator hookup I have. The sump pump has been going off every 5-6 minutes 24/7. When a power failure hits during that kind of cycle it's a wet basement for sure without the generator. Perhaps we'll look like this in a month or so. Send some of this nice weather our way if you find time.
