Looking for Bio information on Roy Hallquist of Stratford. I write the 'Ol'e Days' post on Randy Ayers NASCAR Modeling site and would like to do a story on Roy's NASCAR years. Need Bio and Driver Photo but have found some car photos. Have posted one on Dick Dixon but haven't been able to find anything on Roy?

                                                                         Thanks!

It's an honor to be the caretaker of Moose's car. We run it in NEAR events around the area when possible. Lots of fans were thrilled at Waterford last summer with the car. Hoping to see Moose Hewitt inducted into the Hall of Fame soon.

Sparky #66 at Cherry Park, Avon, CT.
Again this is Tony Yacavone seated in his #66 race car.It was Black with Red sides.Tried many time to get Tony to fill in the number so it would be more visable from the stands but if you know him "FORGETABOUTIT"

Okay, maybe this was Tony and maybe not. The quality of the photo is poor (but it looks like Sparky), and the guy who gave the photo to me labled and identified it as Sparky. He were there too. Tony passed away recently in Springfield. If I get another person to identify it as Tony, I'll change the caption.

Richard, I have a fascination with the driving career of D.D."Rebel" Harris. I have never seen this photo before. Would you please provide any info.(place, time, car owner, etc.) that you may have about this particular photo, or any info. you may have about D.D. ?

Photo is from the 'Shany' archives from Riverside Park. You might do a search of the 'Riverside Park' history site. Lots of info there on many past drivers.
