Hi Jay! Thanks, I remember Joe Harlow now, and recognize him from the picture - just had forgotten.

That is Joe Harlow in the picture in his backyard. It is located in Richland on Davison st.. I used to live next door to the Harlows and across the street from your father in the 70s and 80s.

I also believe that is W.E. Johnson. I rode my horse with him on occasion.
