Hey Higgins, do you remember me? I am the Alley cat from Kigali H3 (Rwanda) we were together in the great hash migration, and you made me drunk...so, watch out Bruselles 2014...cause you have to pay what you have done to me!
It's definitely a fantastic place! There are also some great food places (i.e. "restaurants") there. Their staff will probably be traumatised after BIH2014.... :-)
