I agree but she has a bunch of level 5,6,7 skills that she cannot use so she wanted to be optional.

Not all of the girls have their level 5 bar skills yet so they were doing a combination of level 4&5 bars.

Did all the new girls already have a competition?

yes, in fact all of the level 4s are now level 5s. Look in the "In the gym" folder for pictures of their mock meet this last weekend. Tons of pictures of Tina in there, as well as throughout the rest of the site.
