was bigDayOut2003 I think?Dave Grohl was good drumming in Nirvana, he was hell of a drummer but FooFighters have like 5 good songs and he sings awful

I don't think Dave's that bad on his own.
Of course no other band made from the remaining members of Nirvana can take the place of Nirvana.
For me there is no competition.
So I don't even compare Foo Fighters to Nirvana..I let it stand on it's own.
Foo Fighters gave Dave the chance to show off his other skills other than just being a drummer.
Dave was always really talented & didn't have much of a chance to grow while in Nirvana because Kurt was the driving force.
For good reason too because I think Kurt's work is amazing.
At least with Foo Fighters Dave has more freedom to do what he wishes with his talents without having to just be stuck behind a drum set.
