I found two splendid photographs of the Scammell based S. African railway bus/truck. I would dearly love to reproduce these in a book I am currently writing about 'bizarre vehicles'. I need to get permission from the copyright holder. Is this the correct channel to contact them? It would be greatly appreciated is permission were granted, and I would acknowledge this is the book.
I am writing a book on 'bizarre vehicles' and I would love to include two photographs I found on your carsntrucks4you site. These are the two of the Scammell based 'bus-truck' used by South African Railways. Would you be willing to give me permission to reproduce these, and I will of course 'plug' your excellent internet site!
It's a nice looking truck. However, I prefer mine over this one. I also have a Mack R600, but my truck has dual exhausts by the cab and sleeper. This one has one exhaust, and the exhaust is located behind the sleeper. Mack trucks look good with the exhaust/s behind the sleeper providing they're:
The Mack CH 613, and the CX 613.
The Mack Cruiseliner WS 700L and the F 700L
Other Macks such as the DM 600, the DMM 600, and even the Mack MR 600 look good with the exhaust behind the cab, but the name of the topic is semi tractors with sleepers..
