I think that might be lung wort- pulmonaria. It blooms early spring and often has speckled leaves. Hope this helps you ID this plant.

WHAT KIND OF LIGHT DO THESE PLANTS NEED? SUN OR SHADE? MINE IS OUTSIDE & WAS HANGING IN A TREE, I HAVE ALSO HAD IT IN MY FLORIDA ROOM. IT HAS NEVER HAD MORE THAN 1 OR 2 BLOOMS WHICH SOMETIMES FALLS OFF BEFORE COMPLETELY OPENING. WHEN DO YOU REPOT? WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
