Hi Bob!Yes I don't need it. Over hare I'm asking 800 NOK, but as You live in the US, how about a swap? Buy me, or You might have, Orange Crate, and two '49 Olds. Or You might have something else. I'm hunting some 1/32 scale Airfix parts as well, and some european cars. Revell '32 Rods are also welcome. The shipping from Norway are about 30 dollars for one kit, something very equal for three kits from the US. 800NOK are arround 120$, but that is about the price of tree Revell kits here.
Hi Tor, I'd be happy to trade you a couple '50 Olds kits or one Olds and a '32 Ford. Which ones would you prefer to get? What would you like to get in trade for the Fiat kit? About the same? Looking forward to hearing from you! Bob
I always check arround for stuff that is usable in the scales I'm building. Very often I find that 1/35 scale diorama accesories fit 1/24 scale equally nice. G scale (US garden train scale), also have a lot that fit 1/24, 1/25 that I mostly build.
You could find them at ebay, or directly from Verlinden Products. Think Verlinden are a Belgium company. There are many selling Verlinden, so there should be no problem finding them. Also many other resincompanies that have simular products. Try to find out some more about 1/35 scale diorama building, and You will learn many more companies that might have things You appriciate. I found these at a swap, at a modelshow.Google "1/35 diorama accessories", and You find thing like these: http://www.realityinscale...%22Resin%20Accessories%22
Hi Bob. I didn't knew about it before last year either. I have later seen that Doyusha have printed the same kit.http://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-SUBARU-R-2-DELUXE-1-24-MODEL-KIT-DOYUSHA-JAPAN-/370567683529 A lot of the old Keicars have been kitted in 1/24, but they are mostly made for pullback engines, windup, or electric engines, beeing as much a toy as a kit. Still, this have not to bad exterior details, and bodypropotions looks OK. Might use Tamiyas 1/18 as referance when building a more detailed model.
Hi! If interested getting one to the US, You might have to get in contact with someone in the US army, or airforce beeing in Turkey. Or I could try getting help from someone in Turkey I trust, to help You getting one shipped to the US. If the money ain't the biggest issue, I could forsure help You. I could also help You buy travell down to Alanya my self, getting help from people I know inside the automobile shops arround there getting one, and find the best way to get it shipped to the US. The are rather easy to find, but in Turkey atomobiles have a tendency too be expencive, as it is cheaper to repair a car from bottom, then buy a new one!! My private email is: mailto:Bugace@gmail.com. Im a total gearhead, but sadly not that handy when it come to do my own work on old crs. Also, if You can't thrust me, I dare to say, there is nowone to trust. Still, now and then I'm beeing very slow when it comes to get things done. This due to my psycical health beeing rather poor. Anyway, when it comes to help others, I'm always more thrustworthy, then compared with getting things done in own home, or own garage. CincerlyTor Henning E. Engen
Always loved this model. Builder posts on Scale Auto site under the name hotrodman I believe. He built it almost 20 years ago and it still looks great!-Mark
Hi Ferenc! This I've got from Tapani, whom made it. If You wish one, it is 90 euro(also including a PE sheet wihich is not on the photo). I'm a kind of salescontact for Tapani. You pay to him, and he ships to You, from Finland saving You money. Please email me, mailto:Bugace@gmail.com, and we could find the best way doing a deal, if interested.
