Pretty damn cool! I'm surprised you were able to train your lens on the jets considering how fast they must have been moving.

Brad, are you trying to kill me? This is a HORRIBLE picture. Could I possibliy have MORE wrinkles, a bigger nose or zittier forehead? Do viewers a favor and delete, delete, delete!

Come on honey, don't deny the world! You are aging like a fine wine, getting better and more sophisticated with age!

looks slightly overexposed or under-saturated. You could check it in Aperture with the hot and cold area control and let me know.

Do you use "high and cold area" in the view drop down of Aperture? I find it invaluable in locating 255 and plus highlight zones and 0 zones of the dynamic range - in other words blown out highlights or clipped blacks. I then use first recovery to handle the blown out highlights and highlight control if still needed) and the black point and shadows adjustment as needed.

bullseye on the baby's expression and the toy dog is a great touch.

Well, this is what makes baby photography so tough - they don't always cooperate

The prospective of this photo bothers me a bit as it emphasizes the baby's baldness which alarmed me a bit in terms of whether she's healthy or not.

#####
she is healthy but point taken.

Perhaps the dynamic range could have been improved (and make the photo more pleasing) by using the shadows adjustment to open up the background shadows.

Do you think you could have opened up the background a bit? The shadows adjustment would have done the trick. It's a case of inadequate dynamic range as the background has begun to be blotchy and distracting.
