What a wonderful picture! Of course I have an interest in the subjects, but it truly captured the feeling of the moment...

Thanks once again for taking such great photos. I would love to get my hands on a couple of these for myself! You do such great work and have such a wonderful eye for light and detail and the human emotion. Great work!

I am the reenactor in this shot. I'm part of the 17th Mississippi Infantry, CSA. I think your shots look great, with an excellent capture of detail! Our unit will be at Glenview this coming weekend. Hope to see you there!

Now this seems like something out of Back to the Future or Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.

It's not often you see President lunch hunched over and grinning next to a little girl born in the 21st century.

What a look - particularly like the contrast between her still expression and the activity/fluid conversation of her two peers.

Amazing. With photos like this, I feel like I'm looking at still shots from a movie — in fact, if it weren't for the occasional tourist in a shot (wearing a Cubs shirt and the like), I'd forget altogether that this wasn't the "real" thing. You're telling quite a story here with the angles / action. Well done.

Did you know that Quaker (or Monk) Parrots are living wild in Brooklyn and City Island, New York, and in New Jersey?

I lived on City Island for nearly 2 years and never saw or heard of them. I just recently learned that there are large colonies of them.

Sort of looks like something someone put together out of odd bird parts, doesn't it?
