The weekend prior to the Knoxville Nat'ls USAC ran at the famous dirt oval as well the track here at Oskalossa,IA.  My friend Damion Gardner has been racing sprint cars for 11 or 12 years and is the 2009 Chili Bowl Champion as well.  This shot was taken on the street outside Southern Iowa Speedway because the two nights before it rained so hard that the infield pits were swamped.
