Great series, a lovely collection. Sandpipers are such beautiful birds. While we're no expert with shorebirds, our guess is that these Sandpipers are Willets.
Nice barn series, Cindy : ) I like the composition of this one the best. I like that it's red and yellow, sitting in the green grass under a blue sky, you can't get more colorful than that : ) Nice work;

Taking pictures of lightning needs a lot of patience I know, these are some very nice results especially with such a nice picture composition, the bridge with the reflection on the water very beautiful, well done Cindy
Thank you. We rarely get heat lightning and whether I'm correct or not, I thought it would remain in the sky and not strike so we set up outside for awhile and hoped it would strike over the bridge. I would have liked a more dramatic strike but we had fun with it. Cindy
Thank you very much for your compliment. I don't like flash and without a nice studio light set up I prefer to utilize natural light whenever possible. I'm hoping in a few years I might come up with a calendar full of ideas:) Cindy
