Those look like fence braces for new grape vines. Can't be enough water here to grow grapes....unless it's irrigated.

What kind of activity goes on in that place? Seems an odd location for a factory.

It's a cement works, and it's located there because it's 5 kms from a Limestone mine (needed for the cement) they have a 5.2km overland aerial cable car setup that carries 1.5 tonne capacity buckets from the mine over rugged terrain to the plant , you drive under it on the way in to the township.

This could be Appalachia in the U.S. Anyone making moonshine back in the hills?
