I put it in my leave in conditioner, and my deep conditioner. I also have a oil mix (EVOO, jojoba, coconut, and glycerin) that I add it too and put on my wrap some nights.I used to pre-poo with it but just stopped because it was taking me forever to do my hair with the pre-poo.
