fantastic...here in the Netherlands where I live it is hard to get really fresh fish! You people are spoilt, the fish we eat you would probably throw away for not being fresh enough :)

we had fantastic fish from Shiogama, but it is not often available here

We love chicken too and Turkey. The ones we have here are not very good so I always buy French free range and the best turkey I ever had was Kelly Bronze, available from the internet too!

we are garlic lovers ourselves and the latest find is cold smoked garlic. I order from the internet...it is delicious!
