This was taken FROM THE ISLAND in the middle of the lake in the Boston Public Gardens. The lake was frozen, so this was a rare shot. Cool stuff!

I've tried FOUR TIMES to get what is, according to the Wall Street Journal, the greatest hot dog in north america. This is the first time I actually found the guy's wagon, and he was f'ing closed!

This was taken in the Boston Public Gardens on the way to my office. Awesome morning.

Yeah, he's an awesome dog! He was eventually adopted by a nice man in the South End of Boston. One of the best neighborhoods for dogs in any city in the US, and he's very happy. He was an awesome dog and we miss him a lot.

Thanks! I have to admit, however, that it wasn't my shot. My wife and I volunteer for a dog rescue organization called Underdog ResQ (www.underdogresq.com) and this dog, Joey, was one of our fosters. This picture, and others in the album, were taken in order to create their calendar for 2009 to raise money, and my wife set up the scene for the photographer to shoot; she liked the skull :)

He looks very calm and cute. I like him eyes ;D
