SPENT EVERY SUMMER IN EAST HARTLAND AND AM WONDERING IS THIS THE CHURCH I WENT TO WE WORKED ON TOBACCO FARMS AND WENT TO LUTHERAN AND METHODIST CHURCH BRINGS BACK SOME GOOD MEMORIES WE WERE THER IN THE 50,S WHEN THE FLOOD CAME AND WASHED OUT THE ROAD WE STAYED RIGHT IN EAST HARTLAND AT THE H C THRALL PLACE ANY OF THE LOCALS REMEMBER US (SUSIE AND PHYLLIS)
Very interesting place...Love these types of places...A little whimsy, a little mysterious. On my list at my next visit..probably in April. Enjoying all the photos.

Trixi, I am glad that you like this old house. I am the current owner and I have been renovating it over the past 4 years and it is being used as a private residence.
I used to live up the street from Phil's Automotive. I remember Stretch, one of my friends, used to work there. I miss Windsor Locks, but don't even recognize it any more. I've been gone since 1986. I guess some things you can only go back to in your memories...
