I have a very similar wave pattern as yours, except a little more 2c.  Except I am 55 and have never learned to control the frizz--Think of the girl you know who doesn't know what to do with herself-that's me.  Anyways, could you possibly give me an explanation of your hair care and styling routines?  Is your hair frizzy without the proper products?

This is the FOTE and HETT combo fully dried. After it was dry, I actually scrunched in some HESMU gel because I was getting fuzzy from all the humidity.

Still damp. This is with FOTE and HETT mousse
