I have some locs that look like this. Is this part of the process or is it something that needs to be corrected?

A friend of mine had a bald spot in the middle of her head and it was like a wound, no hair. Since sister lock the bald spot is almost gone and she was told that it wouldnt grow back. Doc said it was stress. SO i guess with a little faith and little or no aggavation which sister lock is ideal for it will grow back
